Welcome to BackStage. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the institutional website bkstage.com.br and the services provided by Clave de Som Desenvolvimento de Sistemas ("Clave de Som", "we", "us"). By accessing the site or submitting data through the forms, you ("User") declare that you have read, understood and fully accept these Terms.

1. Definitions

• Site: the public pages hosted at bkstage.com.br and its subdomains.
• BackStage: the music catalog, copyright and royalties management platform offered by Clave de Som.
• User: any person who accesses the site or interacts with publicly exposed services.
• Client: a legal or natural person with an active commercial agreement to use the BackStage platform.

2. Purpose

The site is exclusively informational and commercial. It presents BackStage product features, allows scheduling demonstrations and contacting the commercial team. Access to and use of the BackStage platform by Clients is governed by a separate commercial agreement, distinct from these Terms.

3. Acceptance and capacity

By using the site, you declare that you have legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If acting on behalf of a legal entity, you declare that you have authority to bind it.

4. Permitted use

It is permitted to:

• Browse the public pages;
• Request contact and demonstrations through the available forms;
• Share links to the site on social networks and professional channels.

5. Prohibited use

The User undertakes not to:

• Use the site for any illegal, fraudulent purpose or one that violates third-party rights;
• Reverse engineer, copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works of the site, texts, images, source code or visual identity without express written authorization;
• Attempt to access restricted areas or the admin panel without authorization;
• Submit false or offensive information, or information that infringes third-party rights, in the forms;
• Use automated mechanisms (unauthorized bots, scrapers, crawlers) that overload or compromise the operation of the site;
• Attempt to compromise the security of the infrastructure through attacks, unauthorized vulnerability scans or exploitation of flaws.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the site — including texts, images, icons, logos, layout, source code and the BackStage brand — is the exclusive property of Clave de Som or licensed to it and is protected by Brazilian and international copyright and intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

7. Content submitted by the User

By submitting information through the forms (contact, demo), the User declares that such information is true, current and that they have the right to provide it. The data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Service availability

We strive to keep the site available and functional at all times, however we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates or force majeure, without prior notice when necessary.

9. Limitation of liability

The site content is provided "as is". Although we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we are not responsible for:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The jurisdiction of the venue of Clave de Som Desenvolvimento de Sistemas headquarters is elected to settle any disputes arising from these Terms, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged.
